Kombucha is a traditional probiotic beverage made from fermenting black tea and sugar. Don’t worry, though, almost all the sugar and caffeine are used up by the bacteria 🙂 Drinking kombucha is a great way to get good probiotics into your diet. It’s a little bubbly too, so it can help when transitioning off soda.
