There is a wide array of culinary oils, some that are hard to find elsewhere, especially at this quality, that will help you add healthy and diverse fats to your real food diet. All oils offered by Mountain Rose Herbs are manufactured using cold-pressed or expeller-pressed methods, avoiding the use of solvents, high heat processing or damaging oxidation that industrially produced oils typically involve.

We love them too! I’ve used their natural health supplies for a long time, but the new epicurean line is really great! I love salts, and the black lava salt is so interesting. We also really fell in love with the macadamia nut oil. 🙂
